Information you provide
When you contact Brainideas Digital by email, telephone, WhatsApp or the website enquiry form, you may provide your name, company, contact details, website address and information about your project.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Website form
The consultation form prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents in a database.
Measurement and external services
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement technology and Google Analytics 4 for optional usage analytics. Analytics does not load until you accept analytics through the website privacy choices. Advertising storage remains disabled. You can reopen Privacy Choices at any time to change your selection. Email, WhatsApp and appointment scheduling may process information under their own privacy policies.
Retention and requests
Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for enquiries, contracts, legal obligations and service delivery. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@brainideasdigital.com.
