Information you provide

When you contact Brainideas Digital by email, telephone, WhatsApp or the website enquiry form, you may provide your name, company, contact details, website address and information about your project.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Website form

The consultation form securely stores the details you submit—including your name, company, contact details, website, target market and project context—so Brainideas Digital can assess and respond to your enquiry. A pseudonymized technical identifier may be stored to prevent automated abuse and repeated submissions. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or other sensitive data.

Necessary security and hosting technology

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security services for this website. It may set strictly necessary security or bot-management cookies, such as __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse and keep the website available. These necessary controls are not used by Brainideas Digital for advertising and may operate regardless of your optional analytics choice.

Measurement and external services

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement technology and Google Analytics 4 for optional usage analytics. Analytics does not load until you accept analytics through the website privacy choices. Advertising storage remains disabled. You can reopen Privacy Choices at any time to change your selection. Email, WhatsApp and appointment scheduling may process information under their own privacy policies.

Calendar booking measurement

When a discovery call is booked through our Google Calendar booking page, a secure read-only integration checks only the explicitly configured calendar and confirms that an event was created. We store only the Google event identifier, timestamps and processing status for duplicate prevention. Calendar records are not transmitted to Google Analytics, and names, email addresses and appointment notes are not stored in our measurement database.

Retention and requests

Pseudonymized rate-limit identifiers are automatically cleared after 24 hours. Enquiries marked unsuccessful are automatically deleted after 12 months, and calendar booking-operation records are automatically deleted after 13 months. Records connected to a client relationship may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for contracts, legal obligations and service delivery.
